Jacqueline Nicolas, CPA

I am a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 23 years of experience specializing in financial reporting, corporate and personal tax planning, tax preparation, and business start-up services for small to medium-sized businesses. I earned my Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Walsh College in 2000 and became a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the State of Michigan in 2006.

I am a proud resident of Livonia, Michigan, where I live with my husband. I am an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

In addition to my professional endeavors, I have a strong commitment to our community. I have served as the treasurer for the Livonia Public Schools PTA and MI Work Matters, a local nonprofit, contributing my expertise to support local education and employment initiatives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring new destinations through travel.

Joseph Nicolas, CPA

Born and raised in Michigan, my journey into accounting began in college, where I started a small business that ignited my passion for numbers and taxation. This experience led me to pursue a bachelor's in accounting, followed by an MBA, and earning my CPA license—all within five years.

Today, I am dedicated to working closely with my clients, not just to help them navigate the complexities of the ever-changing tax code, but to educate and empower them. I take pride in crafting strategies that minimize their tax burdens while always being on the lookout for those extra opportunities that can make a difference.

When I am not immersed in the world of accounting, you’ll likely find me playing ping pong or enjoying a meal out after a long day at work. I’m also a firm believer in the power of a midday warm cup of coffee to keep me going. Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about mentoring kids, dedicating my time to help shape the future of this nation and ensure it prospers.
